The paper version, officially called the DiSC Classic Profile, is perfect for people who don't have Internet access. It's also commonly used in training sessions where completing the profile is an activity included as part of the program. The 19-page profile booklet assesses participant behavioral styles using a 28-question survey. After completing the survey, the participant scores the profile using the included directions. They reference the profile interpretation which is included in the back of the booklet.
The online version uses the same 28-question survey but the questions are answered online. Upon survey completion, a personalized narrative report is automatically generated for the user. Online profiles take less time to complete and offer additional options. Profile results can be hidden, access code emails can be customized and report covers can be branded. In order for someone to take an online DiSC Profile, they must receive a unique access code. These access codes are sent by email instantly if ordered from our DiSC Profile page. We can also distribute access codes for you, for free. See Option 2 on our Online DiSC Assessment Options page. For those who want to put their logo and contact information on profile reports we recommend EPIC Accounts.

It depends on which version you choose. Online profiles take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete while paper profiles take 20-30 minutes. The paper profile takes a little longer because it is self-scored whereas the results of the online profile are generated instantly.
There are several reasons people choose to hide results from respondents. This feature is most often used by trainers who are concerned that participants will decide to skip a DiSC training session after they've reviewed their profile report. Coaches and consultants will use this feature when they want to review the results with the participant.

Single Profile Orders
Within minutes, you should receive an email receipt and a separate email with instructions and a link to begin taking the DiSC Profile questionnaire. If you chose to Show Profile Results during checkout, your personalized report will be displayed for you as soon as you complete the profile questionnaire. At that point, you will have the option to save, print or email the report. If you chose to Hide Profile Results during checkout, your report will be emailed to you within two hours of completion. Reports are sent during normal business hours 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, M - F to the email address provided during checkout.
Multiple Profile Orders
Within minutes, you will receive an email receipt and a separate email containing a list of unique access codes and a sample email to use for distributing the access codes. To send access codes to your participants, simply copy and paste the sample email into a new email. Then paste a unique access code into that email and send it to a participant. Follow the same process for each participant. Completed profile reports will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Reports are sent during normal business hours 9:00 am - 5:30 pm EST, M - F to the email address provided during checkout. If you prefer to have them sent to an alternate address or multiple addresses, simply indicate this in the comments box during checkout.
Prefer to have Corexcel send the participant emails?
Simply order through our DiSC Profile Assessment Options page. Choose option 2 and we will take care of distributing your access codes and sending you the completed reports, free of charge. A representative from our Customer Service team will contact you for a list of names and email addresses. After we receive the participant list, we'll send the access code emails for you. As the profiles are completed, reports will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Within minutes, you will receive a receipt for your order. We'll prepare your profile(s) to be shipped using the option you chose during checkout. Your package will ship on the same day if the order is placed during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST. Orders placed after 5:30 p.m. EST, or placed on weekends, will be shipped on the next business day.
Yes and we don't charge anything to do this! Send us participant names and email addresses and let us know if you want them to be able to see their results. We will email access codes and track who completed the profile. Once they've completed their profiles we will email a copy of their reports to you as PDF attachments. Although many customers continue to use paper-based DiSC profiles, many of them have switched to online profiles because of how easy it is to generate individual results without the tedious process of tallying scores to get results. Another reason is to take advantage of group reporting. We offer three group reporting options for use with online DiSC Profiles. Available reports include:
Team View: A free 1-2 page view of your team and each individual's DiSC style. It's perfect for visualizing your group's DiSC styles.
Group Culture Report: A narrative report outlining the culture of your group and how the different behavioral styles relate to one another. Participant's names are left out of this report.
Facilitator Report: A narrative report describing common tendencies of groups made up of specific DiSC styles. It contains suggestions which are perfect for enhancing interaction in your workshops. Participant's names are included in this report for your reference.

Absolutely not. Certification is not required to administer DiSC, to interpret the results or to give presentations on DiSC. However, many of our customers find that certification provides them with a deeper understanding of the DiSC model and the tools available for facilitation and coaching. For those who are interested in certification, Corexcel offers a virtual Online Everything DiSC Certification and an instructor-led DiSC Trainer Certification which is held several times a year in Minneapolis, MN.

With the DiSC Facilitator Kit you are not restricted to a single type of profile. It can be used with paper-based profiles as well as online profiles.
The first question to consider is whether you plan to use DiSC Profiles or other online profiles on an on-going basis. If you do, we recommend that you set up an EPIC Account. If you've ordered online profiles before, you've already used a component of the EPIC system. EPIC is the processing system used with online profiles.
The administrative component of EPIC is its real power. With an EPIC Administrative Account all of the profiles that you've assigned are stored in your online account. You can personalize profiles with your logo and contact information. You can also run several types of DiSC group reports and customize the email used to send out profile access codes. EPIC Account owners can get access to over 40 profiles and reports, many of them in English and Spanish.
We provide EPIC Accounts for free on orders of 16+ online profiles. EPIC is an extremely user friendly cloud-based system. However, to get you started we'll be happy to walk you through the account features and teach you how to make the most of this great tool. It also comes with an extensive library of video help files.
EPIC is a cloud-based online profile administration system. For improved flexibility and to simplify purchasing, EPIC works with credits rather than dollars. EPIC credits allow you to run any profile or group report contained in your account. Credits are used so that you're not limited to running a single profile or group report. You can use the credits however you see fit.
EPIC credits also allow you to take advantage of discounted pricing across more products. For instance, if you purchased 40 profiles (15 EPIC credits ea.) and 1 group report (25 EPIC credits), discounted pricing levels would only apply to the profiles. If you owned an EPIC Account, you would purchase credits to generate the profiles and group reports. Therefore the discount would be on the entire EPIC credit purchase and it would extend to the group report as well.
