PXT Select™ is an online hiring assessment designed to help you select the best candidates for your organization. How It Works

Candidates begin the process by taking an assessment. It takes about one hour to complete, but it uses adaptive testing technology to shorten the time for many candidates. The results of the assessment are used to generate corresponding reports which can be used throughout the entire employment cycle. An assessment is needed for each candidate you want to evaluate.
