DiSC Online Group Culture Report

Designed to help you explore the DiSC style - or culture - of a group and its strategic implications, the DiSC Group Culture Report does not include any individual names or styles. Instead it focuses on the combination of styles within the group and the impact that they can have on its function and individual member satisfaction.

The group culture report also offers valuable opportunities for discussion about what the group values and the behaviors it rewards. If you have an administrative account, a single report gives you the option to generate this report three times with different group members.

Reports include:

  • No names
  • Percentage of people who received high scores as D, i, S, C styles
  • Types of behaviors your group members tend to value most
  • Issues to consider for each style working in your culture
