Achieving Communication Effectiveness is an interactive and introspective course. You will learn to combine actual communication skills and techniques with subjective material that involves your attitudes. We communicate all of the time, verbally and non-verbally, but not always effectively. We will be working on solutions to this problem during this course. The ability to communicate successfully will be a valuable asset in your professional and personal lives because your confidence will build as your skills continue to grow.Most people will take approximately 60 minutes to complete the course.
