Access Time: Learners who enroll in either of our online leadership classes get full access for 30-days. Access to the Certificate in Leadership Essentials is granted for 60-days.
Completion Time: Completion time is dependent upon on several factors. The average completion time is five hours each for Introduction to Leadership, Leaders and Work-Life Balance, Leading and Managing Change and Leading Teams. The Certificate in Leadership Essentials includes all of the aforementioned classes and averages twenty hours. A student's prior knowledge, Internet connection speed, reading comprehension, optional exercises and videos all contribute to how quickly students complete classes.
